Program Description
Family First Dentist operates a patient communication program that sends educational video links and appointment-related messages via SMS to patients who have provided consent.

Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to Family First Dentist, you agree to receive text messages from us. Consent is not a condition of receiving dental care.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and treatment plans. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message. To opt back in, reply START.
